I noticed that Willie mentioned he turns the articles into ppt slides, a great place to submit for lots of Google love is AuthorStream. They index quickly.

Audacity is great for recording, don’t forget to add the Lame plugin.(yes, that’s the name of it)

Now if I could just get to writing those articles, like you said, it is a painful experience for some people (me!) but following the advice in the article will definitely reduce the time I spend on it.
