Now that you have your keywords, which consist of two or three words with enough search volume, you need to see what competition you have in trying to get ranked on Google with your keywords.

First, go to the Google main search page and do a search on your keywords to find out how many pages are already on the internet with your keywords. These pages will be your competition.

As an example here, I am going to use “garden furniture”.

Search with the allintitle:”keyword” query. By using the allinitile:”keyword” query it will help to define what your competition is likely to be. (AllinTitle means that when you create articles, you will be putting your keywords in the title, so that they get ranked in Google, otherwise they will never be found.)

Garden furniture has searches of 160 Million … and results in alliniitle:”garden furniture” are 6,370 Million – and that’s way too high.

Niche Marketing

Metal garden furniture has excellent searches of 4,400 … However, allintitle: … returns 112,000 – still much too high.

Traditional garden furniture … excellent with allintitle:: return of 937 but there are only 91 searches a month.

You have to decide if you want to go for that low searched keyword. Is it important to your business?

You have to do this research separately for every single keyword.

All of this takes time and I’ve spend many a day trying to find good keywords.  It even becomes addictive trying to find the right keywords for your articles and posts.

There is another piece of the keyword research puzzle which has to be taken into account of and that is the page one competition. The keyword you selected may not even be possible to get onto page one for the following reason:

• All the first page PR rankings could be too high.

To find out what each page rank is, you will need be using FireFox browser. Then you will need to download SEOQuake. This is the toolbar which, when you do a search and provided that you have it activated, will give you the details you need to know whether to work with a certain keyword or not.

You need to make sure that your keywords will be ranking on pages with some low PR

Had the page rank been high for all the results on the whole page, then it could be too high for you to be able to get a listing without an awful lot of hard work in the way of backlinks.

Your main objective is to find as many good keywords as you can, with the following criteria

•  You have a good chance of getting them on page one because there are some PR0, PR1 and PR2
• When searched in allintitle:”keyword”, you get results of hundreds, or even thousands, but keep it in the low thousands, if you can.

As an example, I just did a search on allintitle:”holiday lets london” and got just over 2,000 results and the page ranks on the page included two PR 0′s and other low PR numbers. That is a good keyword to go for.

What I suggest you do is create a spreadsheet with all your keywords and then log the allintitle results and the SEO PR results of the keywords that you will want to use.

When every you write an article in the future, you will  be using only one of these keywords in that article alone.

That is actually a very crucial step because by just going ahead and creating content without using the right keywords, they you will just be wasting your time.  Also, you will be using one of the keywords for your domain.

To summarize

Keywords have to be MEDIUM/HIGH using Phrase Match, at least anything over 700 Please refer back to Niche Marketing Part 2b Keyword Research for specific details.

Competition has to be LOW

PR on a few of the results on Page 1 of Google have to be LOW

Our next step will be buying the domain … the .com

The Original Toshiba Satellite Major Crash …

and bear in mind that the following was written approximately four years ago!

“Over the last three years I have enjoyed working on my Toshiba Satellite laptop. Since I purchased it, I’ve created many websites and written eBooks on it. Not once has it let me down. It has given me 100% satisfaction since the first day I unpacked it.

But, can you imagine how I felt when I heard the crash? Well, I was completely horrified. All my work, all my programs, my laptop, which I had grown so accustomed to.  Was that the end of my Toshiba Satellite laptop?

I have always loved my laptop for the freedom it gave me while working. You could often find me, with it, working in the kitchen, in the garden, sitting with it at an airport while waiting to board a flight, even in the car while enjoying the tranquillity of the sound of the waves by the seashore, writing articles.

It had travelled with me to Canada, as I worked and kayaked my holiday days away.  Then it travelled to Manhattan enroute to Atlanta to meet a very special internet marketer, non other than our Mr. Willie Crawford plus many more amazing people.

But on the day of the crash , all I wanted to do was to work and rest on my bed at the same time.

I had put the open laptop on the bedside table and plugged the extension into the back of the laptop. Then I took the plug end of the lead and put it into the wall socket on the opposite side of the bed. Next I decided that it would be best to put the cord behind the pillows, so gave the cord a tug, completely forgetting that it was attached to the laptop.

Can you imagine what happened next?

The crashing noise of the laptop falling fully opened onto the hard ceramic tiled floor (the usual flooring in a Spanish home) was unspeakable.

I rushed to the other side of the bed and was horrified, saddened, shocked and mortified, all at once, just seeing my beautiful Toshiba Satellite laptop lying fully opened, screen face down, on the hard floor.

Many thoughts flashed through my mind. Had I backed up the data recently?

Yes, thankfully I had backed it up a few days before onto my portable harddrive.

Was I still insured? No, unfortunately the insurance had lapsed and I would have to rush out and buy another one as quickly as possible.  What a waste of money that would be.  I was working on updating my debts-challenge eBook on
Turn Your Debts Into A Fantastic New Life, as well!  (I hasten to add that the book has to be revisited and brought up to date.  Something else for the neverending ‘To Do’ list.)

As these thoughts were flooding through my mind as I carefully picked up the laptop off the floor.

It felt stiff.

The screen was loose.

The frame around the screen had separated.

The screen felt limp.

My immediate thought was that it was completely wrecked.

With my thumb and index finger I squeezed the frame back into place. I gently eased the screen back to its original location and then moved the cursor on the screen.

To my amazement, it worked!

My next step was to close down all the applications, which I had opened and close the laptop completely to check the damage. It was then that I noted that it was stiffer to close but, nevertheless, it did close. After a few minutes I opened it again and logged on.

I could not believe it! It worked perfectly.

Would I buy a Toshiba Satellite laptop again? The answer has to be, absolutely, and without any hesitation whatsoever. All I can say is a big thank you toToshiba for creating a fantastic product and one which survived such a major crash.”

That was a true story.

A personal life coach can guide you to reach your goals with lazer sharp focus, thus ensuring that you also reach them in the shortest possible time.

Have you ever wished you could afford to have a personal life coach or even wished that you could become a life coach?

The reality is that you already have one and that person is yourself!

To become totally organised in all areas of your life and to achieve the goals you set for yourself, you should start by asking yourself questions and following a simple plan.

The question is, where do you start with life coaching?

Step 1 - Purchase two pads, which are to be used entirely for your person life coaching.

The first pad, Pad 1, is the pad you will keep for years to come, so invest in a pad that is sturdy and one that you would like to own for a very long time.

Pad 2 can be a small cheap throw away type of pad.

Step 2 – Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.

You could even put some of your favourite relaxing background music on while you do the following exercise. Sometimes it may be worth your while driving to a beauty spot where you will find peace and quiet and where you will not be disturbed, whilst you are writing your notes.

Step 3 – Allow at least ten minutes for each of the following tasks using Pad 1.

On one page write down all the things which need to be done now, no matter how small the tasks are! Just keep writing until you have cleared your head of all the things you need to do, to catch up with yourself.

Name this section of your pad - ‘To Do Now List‘ and leave several pages blank before you go to the next section.

Nearer the back of the pad, write a list of all the things you would love to have in your life.

Is it a new house?

On a separate page describe the type of house you want, the rooms, the garden, the furniture, colours and keep writing until you have exhausted every element of what you would like your new house to be like.

Is it travel?

Again on another page list all the places you want to visit. Do you want to start a new business, change your career, get out of debt, help your family, buy a boat, etc.?

Just keep on listing all the changes you want in your life and describe them fully.

The most important element of this exercise is that you do not allow negative thoughts to enter your head.

Head this section your ‘Dreams And Goals List’.

Next, move onto another section in your pad and write down when you would like to have these things.

Do you want to move into your new house or villa in 2 years, do you want to start your new career in six months or do you want to travel in six months?

This section shoud be headed the ‘Timescale List’.

Again move on to another section and here, write down how these changes would make a difference to your life, your family’s lives and how it would change the community as a whole.

Head this section your ‘Benefits List’.

Keep asking yourself questions and writing down your answers.

Again, don’t let any negative thoughts come into this exercise whatsoever, because there is so much abundance in the world that there is more than enough for everyone.

Step 4 – As soon as the first task has been completed, using Pad 1, you should now start using Pad 2 with the following task.

Go back to your ‘To Do Now List’ in Pad 1 and prioritise the first five items on your list that you should do.

List the first item on a blank sheet on Pad No.2 and then write down the benefits of having achieved this task. Do this first task and then repeat the process until you have completed each prioritised task. As soon as the tasks have been achieved, then you just have to return to your list and prioritise the next five off your list.

Step 5 – Keep Pad 1 in a special place so that you can keep referring to your dreams and goals three times on a daily basis. This is extremely important to the outcome of your goals entirely because we get so busy with other areas of our lives and forget where we are heading on a daily basis.  You may even find it more useful to use a folder, so that you can add and delete pages easily.

Use this strategy daily for all your all needs, to get out of debt, to live a fantastic new life, to follow all your dreams and you will never need to pay for a personal life coach.

Once you have achieved your goals and are confident that you can do it again and again, you could take this a step further to help others to become more organised and achieve their dreams in life!

Now, I am going to back track slightly because there may be something holding you back and then this is when you really do need to shift the mental block that is playing with your mind.     For the first time in my life, I have decided to get mentoring to help me to stop ‘shooting myself in the foot’ and I am so grateful that I found this program because since I started, I have achieved an understanding as to why I stop myself being ultra successful … and am now on the road to freedom in all areas of my life.  Check out the free video so that you can also clear any mental block which may be harbouring your success too.
