Firstly, have you considered what categories you will have in your niche.  Look at the categories on this blog to get an idea of how you could breakdown the information you want to talk about on your site.

How many  categories will it have?

Finding a list of say 20 good keywords related to your niche is all you need to do right now. When I say keywords, I definitely don’t mean a one word keyword, your keywords must have at least two words in the phrase.

Lets’s consider you are in the garden niche.  You would have …

• Garden – almost impossible to rank on page 1 of Google for now
• Rose garden – that could also be difficult depending on the competition
• Garden design ideas – this would be a possible keyword to get to page 1, depending on the work that you put in.

You can build on your list of keywords later on.  Of course, that is assuming that you want to build a long term authority type website. The more content you have on your site, the longer people will stay there and the more likely you are to earn money from it.

Remember you are looking for keywords with a good amount of search and not a lot of competition.

In the image below, which was taken from the Google Keyword Tool, note that I selected “Niche Marketing” in phrase match … and what a fantastic keyword that is with 22,000 searches a month and low competition.  Actually it was a complete surprise .  I hope you find some excellent keywords like that in phrase match, for your niche too.

When I hit the Competition option, it went from High Competition to Low Competion, just look at the High?  It is a great example of what amazing keywords you can find.  To be honest, that was just good luck because on the whole, I would be delighted with 700 + keywords in phrase match with low competition.

Your task now is to find the best keyword you can with the lowest competition for your future web business. This part of building your online web business is crucial.  It is the foundations to your online success.  Believe me, it can be hard but also addictive, trying to find the right keywords.  It will probably take you quite a while to find good niche marketing keywords in the various categories that you choose to have on your site.

First question may be:

What do we mean by niche marketing anyway?

Depending on what country you come from, niche marketing may not be a familiar phrase.  The definition of nich marketing is a subset of a larger marker.  Note the following examples.

Niche – Garden   and  Subset – Gardening Tools

Golf – Golfing Clubs

Fashion – Mens Fashion

Yoga -  Yoga Retreats

For you, you have to find your own niche, taking into account that you will be working on your niche for a long time so therefore it is best that you choose a niche that you enjoy.  Believe me, it’s painful having to create content for a niche that you have no interest in.  It will be a total waste of time because you will probably get so far and then not bother anymore.  (I sound like the voice of experience   )

Your niche could be a passion you have, such as a hobby.  It could be something to do with your family, such as bringing up children or cooking.  If you can’t think of a niche, then look at magazines to see what interests you.  You could also go to Amazon and look at all the products to see if there is anything you would like to create a website around.  Another place is eBay.

In Part 1 of this course, you created an account at Clickbank.  That is another place that you will find interesting topics to write about.  Look at the tab for Marketplace, click that and then look at all the categories on the left hand side.  Spend some time browsing.  I’m sure you will be quite surprised at what people are marketing.

Once you have decided on your niche, the next and most important  step of your online marketing success are the keywords that you use for your content.  If you get this wrong, you will be putting in a lot of work for nothing.

The first thing you want to do is to log into your Google email account.

Then go to  the Google keyword tool and select login there.

When I first started working online, I was given a lot of false information and I notice that still some people are passing the wrong information on.  Anyway, for you, I found a great video which explains the functions of this tool.  There is no way I could have explained it better.

There are three types of phrase to select from.

• Broad match … don’t even bother with that.  If you conventrated on those metrics, that would be your downfall.  However Google does default to broad match, so make sure you turn it to Phrase match, at least.
• Phrase match … this is is great for giving you ideas for keywords and much better to use  for targetting visitors to your site.
• Exact match… is worth while comparing with Phrase and also great for domain names.

In the meanwhile, please watch the following video . Your goal is to find as many keywords related to your niche with as low competition as possible.  Your keyword research is about to begin …

The Original Toshiba Satellite Major Crash …

and bear in mind that the following was written approximately four years ago!

“Over the last three years I have enjoyed working on my Toshiba Satellite laptop. Since I purchased it, I’ve created many websites and written eBooks on it. Not once has it let me down. It has given me 100% satisfaction since the first day I unpacked it.

But, can you imagine how I felt when I heard the crash? Well, I was completely horrified. All my work, all my programs, my laptop, which I had grown so accustomed to.  Was that the end of my Toshiba Satellite laptop?

I have always loved my laptop for the freedom it gave me while working. You could often find me, with it, working in the kitchen, in the garden, sitting with it at an airport while waiting to board a flight, even in the car while enjoying the tranquillity of the sound of the waves by the seashore, writing articles.

It had travelled with me to Canada, as I worked and kayaked my holiday days away.  Then it travelled to Manhattan enroute to Atlanta to meet a very special internet marketer, non other than our Mr. Willie Crawford plus many more amazing people.

But on the day of the crash , all I wanted to do was to work and rest on my bed at the same time.

I had put the open laptop on the bedside table and plugged the extension into the back of the laptop. Then I took the plug end of the lead and put it into the wall socket on the opposite side of the bed. Next I decided that it would be best to put the cord behind the pillows, so gave the cord a tug, completely forgetting that it was attached to the laptop.

Can you imagine what happened next?

The crashing noise of the laptop falling fully opened onto the hard ceramic tiled floor (the usual flooring in a Spanish home) was unspeakable.

I rushed to the other side of the bed and was horrified, saddened, shocked and mortified, all at once, just seeing my beautiful Toshiba Satellite laptop lying fully opened, screen face down, on the hard floor.

Many thoughts flashed through my mind. Had I backed up the data recently?

Yes, thankfully I had backed it up a few days before onto my portable harddrive.

Was I still insured? No, unfortunately the insurance had lapsed and I would have to rush out and buy another one as quickly as possible.  What a waste of money that would be.  I was working on updating my debts-challenge eBook on
Turn Your Debts Into A Fantastic New Life, as well!  (I hasten to add that the book has to be revisited and brought up to date.  Something else for the neverending ‘To Do’ list.)

As these thoughts were flooding through my mind as I carefully picked up the laptop off the floor.

It felt stiff.

The screen was loose.

The frame around the screen had separated.

The screen felt limp.

My immediate thought was that it was completely wrecked.

With my thumb and index finger I squeezed the frame back into place. I gently eased the screen back to its original location and then moved the cursor on the screen.

To my amazement, it worked!

My next step was to close down all the applications, which I had opened and close the laptop completely to check the damage. It was then that I noted that it was stiffer to close but, nevertheless, it did close. After a few minutes I opened it again and logged on.

I could not believe it! It worked perfectly.

Would I buy a Toshiba Satellite laptop again? The answer has to be, absolutely, and without any hesitation whatsoever. All I can say is a big thank you toToshiba for creating a fantastic product and one which survived such a major crash.”

That was a true story.

I have been approached by many people to show them how they could work online and because of that, I have created this course to help everyone interested to  lay the foundations and get started with their own make money online home based business.

Firstly … my disclaimer…

A disclaimer is a requirement on all web business websites which details how to make money online.

It is important that you should be aware that, although many people make a lot of money online, there are others who simply don’t. I’ll explain why in a moment. Please also note that any links in this online marketing course, may generate a commission for my own web business, such as hosting suggestions … (as does almost every link you find on the internet which points to a service or product) and that is one of the ways I earn money online. This is also one way that you will be able to make money online too!

The reason a lot of people don’t earn money online is because

• They buy products which leaves critical details out of the course.
• Some of the products are so badly outlined that it is almost impossible to find your way to get started.
• No sooner do you purchase a product, when you will find yourself bombarded with more products from the same person you have just bought from.  This leading you, as a ‘newbie’ to think that you need that product as well! This leads to information overload for most people trying to learn the basics.

The confusion can be  daunting, so my advice to you is to stick to one program only until you start making money with that. The internet is changing daily with millions of people yet to register online, therefore the opportunities to create a web business are vast.

Never forget that the majority of products you buy online have a 60 day refund and therefore, if you are not satisfied with them, just return them. So, in essence, you don’t have to waste money. Be diligent in your web business. Note any purchases on a spreadsheet so that you never pass the 60 days unnoticed.

With that introduction out of the way, let’s get started with the groundwork. Being organised right from the start should be a priority because, believe me, it will save you hours later.

• By writing about and promoting products, as a registered affiliate, you will earn income.Think of salesmen selling their products to stores. Salesman = Affiliate

Article sites =

• Article sites are for submitting your article content on the internet,
  The benefit of these sitesto your web business is that they have a high Google page rank, which means you will have excellent high quality links coming from the article site back into your site. Plus other websites will link back to you if they select your article from the article directory site to display it on their site. They are required to keep your website link in the article.

Web Business  – Foundation – Step by Step

1. The WHY?
   Why do you want a web business?
   What benefits will the Why give you?(Don’t skip this very important question because the Why is what is going to keep going when you feel like giving up. With a great ‘Why’ you can achieve anything you want in life.)Once you have answered this question, write it down and place it on a little card on the edge of the top right hand corner of your computer … apparently by keep looking at this in that particular angle, you are keeping your brain actively working to that end. Believe it or not, but why not try it anyway.
2. I suggest you create a folder on your desktop of your computer for all the information you will be accumulating related to your web based business.
3. Open a spreadsheet, and save it in your web business folder. You will need this for logging your passwords and any details you want to note. If you don’t have a spreadsheet on your computer you can download the free version at http://www.openoffice.org which is compatible with any of the other office suites. (This online marketing course is being created with the free software, and it is excellent.)
4. You are going to be working with a lot of different sites and I suggest that you create accounts at the following sites.  Make sure that you put all your passwords and usernames, email address and links to each site in your spreadsheet.

• Open a new gmail email account specifically for your projects (s)
  You can also use google documents from your gmail account, as well as set up a Google+ account. (More on that later )
• Open a yahoo or hotmail account to filter information to be sent to you.  You don’t want to load your gmail account with a lot of spam data.  However if there is something your really want to be involved in, then you can subscribe using your gmail account and unsubscribe from your hotmail or yahoo accounts.
• Open a http://www.PayPal.com account – you will need this for your commissions to be paid into and also for making purchases online. This is recognised as a very secure shopping card site online.
• Open a http://www.clickbank.com account. This is where you will find products to promote on your website and earn high commissions when you make a sale.
• Open an affiliate account at http://www.Amazon.com.You will find a link to do this at the end of any Amazon page.Again, you will be able to promote Amazon products on your site.

Finally, open an account at the following article sites. I will go into more detail as to why later in this online marketing course but it is best to get all the ground work in place now.

Files can be opened on any computer so you always have your data when you need it.

I think that will probably take you a few hours to complete. Break it down into sections. Sometimes it can be frustrating registering with different websites but by doing this initially, you will have all the details in your spreadsheet ready for when the times comes to use them. It will save you a lot of time in the long run. Enjoy.

A personal life coach can guide you to reach your goals with lazer sharp focus, thus ensuring that you also reach them in the shortest possible time.

Have you ever wished you could afford to have a personal life coach or even wished that you could become a life coach?

The reality is that you already have one and that person is yourself!

To become totally organised in all areas of your life and to achieve the goals you set for yourself, you should start by asking yourself questions and following a simple plan.

The question is, where do you start with life coaching?

Step 1 - Purchase two pads, which are to be used entirely for your person life coaching.

The first pad, Pad 1, is the pad you will keep for years to come, so invest in a pad that is sturdy and one that you would like to own for a very long time.

Pad 2 can be a small cheap throw away type of pad.

Step 2 – Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.

You could even put some of your favourite relaxing background music on while you do the following exercise. Sometimes it may be worth your while driving to a beauty spot where you will find peace and quiet and where you will not be disturbed, whilst you are writing your notes.

Step 3 – Allow at least ten minutes for each of the following tasks using Pad 1.

On one page write down all the things which need to be done now, no matter how small the tasks are! Just keep writing until you have cleared your head of all the things you need to do, to catch up with yourself.

Name this section of your pad - ‘To Do Now List‘ and leave several pages blank before you go to the next section.

Nearer the back of the pad, write a list of all the things you would love to have in your life.

Is it a new house?

On a separate page describe the type of house you want, the rooms, the garden, the furniture, colours and keep writing until you have exhausted every element of what you would like your new house to be like.

Is it travel?

Again on another page list all the places you want to visit. Do you want to start a new business, change your career, get out of debt, help your family, buy a boat, etc.?

Just keep on listing all the changes you want in your life and describe them fully.

The most important element of this exercise is that you do not allow negative thoughts to enter your head.

Head this section your ‘Dreams And Goals List’.

Next, move onto another section in your pad and write down when you would like to have these things.

Do you want to move into your new house or villa in 2 years, do you want to start your new career in six months or do you want to travel in six months?

This section shoud be headed the ‘Timescale List’.

Again move on to another section and here, write down how these changes would make a difference to your life, your family’s lives and how it would change the community as a whole.

Head this section your ‘Benefits List’.

Keep asking yourself questions and writing down your answers.

Again, don’t let any negative thoughts come into this exercise whatsoever, because there is so much abundance in the world that there is more than enough for everyone.

Step 4 – As soon as the first task has been completed, using Pad 1, you should now start using Pad 2 with the following task.

Go back to your ‘To Do Now List’ in Pad 1 and prioritise the first five items on your list that you should do.

List the first item on a blank sheet on Pad No.2 and then write down the benefits of having achieved this task. Do this first task and then repeat the process until you have completed each prioritised task. As soon as the tasks have been achieved, then you just have to return to your list and prioritise the next five off your list.

Step 5 – Keep Pad 1 in a special place so that you can keep referring to your dreams and goals three times on a daily basis. This is extremely important to the outcome of your goals entirely because we get so busy with other areas of our lives and forget where we are heading on a daily basis.  You may even find it more useful to use a folder, so that you can add and delete pages easily.

Use this strategy daily for all your all needs, to get out of debt, to live a fantastic new life, to follow all your dreams and you will never need to pay for a personal life coach.

Once you have achieved your goals and are confident that you can do it again and again, you could take this a step further to help others to become more organised and achieve their dreams in life!

Now, I am going to back track slightly because there may be something holding you back and then this is when you really do need to shift the mental block that is playing with your mind.     For the first time in my life, I have decided to get mentoring to help me to stop ‘shooting myself in the foot’ and I am so grateful that I found this program because since I started, I have achieved an understanding as to why I stop myself being ultra successful … and am now on the road to freedom in all areas of my life.  Check out the free video so that you can also clear any mental block which may be harbouring your success too.

Skype allows you to download a simple piece of free software, and then call anyone anywhere in the world that has an internet connection, and has also installed the free Skype software on their computer. You simply use a microphone plugged into your computer and listen over the speakers or a headset.

If you are in a location where you can qualify for and use a Paypal account and debit card, use it for you business purchases. Certain purchases qualify for a cash-back credit.

On large purchases such as computers, pay-per-click advertising, and airline tickets, this can quickly add up.

Since many online customers do have Paypal accounts and prefer paying for purchases using those accounts, you should offer that as a payment option. By paying for your purchases with your Paypal debit card, you get a little rebate on your purchases.
